Farm Manager

We are looking for an agriculturalist and farm manager. We have a growing farm program, with a brand new green house turning out tomatoes and peppers and fields with papayas, dragon fruit, lettuce and much more. This person would be responsible for developing and implementing an agriculture plan for our farm program and our growing avocado plantation. They would also have the opportunity to lead a team of mission school students, who are working and learning on the farm to increase the ministry's ability to be more self-sufficient in planting and harvesting crops.
