Fighting Poverty with the Gospel
After attending a mission school in Norway, José Mario Suazo returned to Honduras in 2005 to a property donated by his father with the dream of starting a ministry. A recent convert to Seventh-day Adventism, José Mario was only a teenager at the time. He didn't even have his driver's license. But that wasn't an obstacle. Today VIDA Internacional continues to creatively fight poverty with the gospel through education and health in the village of El Suyatal and beyond.
